Welcome to QUANTEVA AI CHAT BOT. By accessing or using our application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our application.

Eligibility to Purchase Digital Goods
Digital goods offered through QUANTEVA AI CHAT BOT can only be purchased by individual consumers. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are an individual and not purchasing on behalf of a business or organization.

Description of Service
QUANTEVA AI CHAT BOT provides a chat interface powered by GPT-3.5 and GPT-4o language models. Users can interact with the chat function for various purposes including, but not limited to, obtaining information, entertainment, and assistance. The QUANTEVA AI CHAT BOT application is free to use.

Credit Purchase and Usage To interact with QUANTEVA, credits need to be used, which require purchase. A package of credits (1 Token) can be bought using card payment. Users can permanently view the balance of unused credits in their AI account (MyAi Account). Payments are not recurring, so users can decide whether to purchase additional packages after their credits are exhausted.

***Token consumption may increase if the internet connection is weak, so it is recommended to ensure you have a good internet connection.

Non-Recurring Payments Payments for credits are one-time transactions. Users can decide to purchase additional credit packages as needed.

Unused Credits and Expiry
If credits are not fully utilized within 30 days from the last purchase of a package (1 Token) and no additional package is purchased, QUANTEVA AI reserves the right to cancel the unused credits, if deemed necessary.

Price and Credit Package Changes The price of the package and the number of credits included in a package (1 Token) may change if necessary. These changes will not apply to packages and credits already purchased.

Digital Goods Delivery Policy
This delivery policy applies to digital products and consumable credits purchased through our application. We are committed to ensuring an efficient and transparent purchasing experience for all our users.

The stock of credits (tokens) may be limited at times.
Since the credits for using the QUANTEVA AI ChatBot are limited, it is possible that they may be depleted periodically. In this case, if you wish to purchase credits, please check back later as the credit stock will be updated periodically.

Definitions

Digital Products:
Any digital content or services purchased through our application, including but not limited to consumable credits, software, music, movies, books, etc.

Consumable Credits:
Units of measure for accessing certain functionalities or content in the application, purchased by users.

User:
Any individual who purchases digital products or consumable credits through our application.

Delivery of Digital Products
All digital products purchased through our application are delivered electronically. After completing the purchase, the digital products will be available for immediate download or use, as specified.

Delivery of Consumable Credits

Immediate Post-Purchase: Consumable credits will be automatically added to the user’s account (My Tokens) immediately after the purchase is completed and payment is confirmed.

Accessibility:
Users can check their credit balance in the “My Tokens” section of the application.

Purchase Procedure

Selecting the Product:
The user selects the desired digital product or credit package from the application.

Payment:
The user completes the purchase using one of the available payment methods (credit card).

Confirmation:
After payment confirmation, the digital product or consumable credits are delivered according to sections 2 and 3.

Delivery Delays and Issues

Contacting Support:
In case of delays or issues with the delivery of digital products or consumable credits, users should contact support at support@quantumai.ro.

Prompt Resolution:
Our support team will investigate the issue and provide a solution within 48 hours.

Responsibilities and Limitations

Internet Access:
Users are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection to download access digital products and use consumable credits.

Compatibility:
Users must ensure that their devices are compatible with the application and the digital products purchased.

Changes to the Delivery Policy
We reserve the right to modify this delivery policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply only to future purchases.

Return Policy

This return policy applies to downloadable digital goods purchased from our website, in accordance with Romanian, European, and international legislation.

  1. Definitions
    • Digital Goods: Refers to any downloadable digital product or content purchased from our website, including but not limited to, software, credits, tokens purchased online.
    • Client: Any individual or entity that purchases digital goods from our website.
  2. Return Eligibility In accordance with European Union legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights) and Romanian legislation, downloadable digital goods are not eligible for return or refund once the download has started.
  3. Exceptions Certain situations may warrant a partial or full refund, including:
    • Defective Products: If the purchased digital good is defective or corrupted and this is not due to the client’s device or improper use by the client. This exception applies only to credits (tokens) purchased from the website, not the application, which is free.
  4. Return Request Procedure To request a return, please follow these steps:
    • Contact Customer Service: Send an email to support@quantumai.ro within 3 days of purchase.
    • Problem Description: Provide details about the encountered issue and, if possible, attach screenshots or other relevant evidence.
    • Request Investigation: Our support team will investigate the request and make a decision within 5 business days.
    • Final Decision: You will be notified via email of the final decision and, if approved, will receive instructions regarding the refund.
  5. Terms and Conditions
    • Confidentiality: All information provided during the return process will be treated confidentially and used only to process the return request.
    • Access to Digital Goods: After approving a return and issuing a refund, access to the digital good will be revoked.
    • Changes to the Return Policy: We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply only to purchases made after the publication of the changes.

This includes any claims related to loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developers of the App from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

QUANTEVA ChatBot AI does not assume responsibility for the consequences of using or interpreting these materials and recommends verifying important information through additional and varied sources.

QUANTEVA ChatBot AI is not responsible for any discrepancies or errors in the information presented and cannot be held liable for losses or damages resulting from the use of this information. These materials are used in accordance with the principles of fair use and for informative and educational purposes.
